COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND PROCEDURES. The Parties agree to comply with all applicable laws, guidelines, rules, regulations, and requirements, whether federal, state, or local, applicable to the Organization and its use of the Park and those for the correction, prevention, and abatement of nuisance, unsafe conditions, or other grievances arising from or pertaining to the use or occupancy of the Park.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND PROCEDURES. To the extent you provide services under this Agreement on our premises, you agree to observe our business hours, as well as our rules, policies and security procedures concerning conduct and the health, safety and protection of persons and property. You will comply with all applicable governmental laws, ordinances, rules and regulations applicable to the performance of your services under this Agreement.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND PROCEDURES. Tenant will promptly comply with all applicable laws, guidelines, rules, regulations and requirements, whether of federal, state, or local origin, applicable to the Premises and the Building, including those for the correction, prevention and abatement of nuisance, unsafe conditions, or other grievances arising from or pertaining to the use or occupancy of the Premises. Accordingly, Tenant agrees that Tenant and Tenant's Agents shall comply with all operation and maintenance programs and guidelines implemented or promulgated from time to time by Landlord or its consultants, including, but not limited to, those matters set forth in subsections (b) and (c) below, in order to reduce the risk to Tenant, Tenant's Agents or any other tenants of the Building of injury from Environmental Concerns.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND PROCEDURES. A. Contractor and Customer agree to observe and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, ordinances, orders, executive orders and directives (collectively, “Applicable Laws”) of any governmental authority, federal, state, local or foreign, where appropriate, including without limitation FEMA, EPA, LDH, DEQ, and OSHA, and shall be in compliance with all applicable registration, license, and permit requirements at all times. Failure to comply with Applicable Laws shall be grounds for termination of this Agreement.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND PROCEDURES a. All parties shall conduct the Study in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and guidances, as each of the foregoing may be amended from time to time. Without limiting the foregoing, the parties expressly agree to comply with 21 CFR 312 - Investigational New Drug Application, 21 CFR 50 Protection of Human Subjects, and 21 CFR 56 — Institutional Review Boards.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND PROCEDURES. Blackwater will comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws, and rules, regulations where Blackwater's services are to be performed. As part of this obligation and without limitation, Blackwater agrees that it will not take any action in connection with the performance of the Services herein that would be illegal or in violation of applicable laws, rules and regulations, and in this regard, Blackwater agrees to indemnify, defend and save FutureOne harmless from any and all liability as may be suffered by FutureOne as a consequence of Blackwater's failure to comply with these undertakings. Blackwater is responsible for all obligations, taxes and reports relating to or required by the laws pertaining to social security, unemployment compensation, worker's compensation, environmental regulation, occupational safety and health, income tax and other reports, and shall be responsible for making any and all appropriate payments required by state and/or federal law or by applicable foreign law.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND PROCEDURES. To the extent you provide your services under this Agreement on our premises, you agree to observe our business hours, as well as our rules, policies and security procedures concerning conduct and the health, safety and protection of persons and property. You will comply with all applicable governmental laws, ordinances, rules and regulations applicable to the performance of your services under this Agreement. The Company acknowledges that you are an employee of the Institute and a faculty member of Duke and are subject to the Institute and Duke's policies, including policies concerning consulting, conflicts of interest, and intellectual property.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND PROCEDURES. You will comply independently and in all respects with all applicable foreign, federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and orders, including those for public health or environmental protection, equal employment opportunity, and affirmative action. You will indemnify Motorola and hold it harmless if you violate this promise.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND PROCEDURES. Tenant will promptly comply with all applicable laws, guidelines, rules, regulations and requirements, whether of federal, state, or local origin, applicable to the Premises and the Building, including those for the correction, prevention and abatement of nuisance, unsafe conditions, or other grievances arising from or pertaining to the use or occupancy of the Premises. Accordingly, Tenant agrees that Tenant and Tenant’s Agents shall comply with all operation and maintenance programs and guidelines implemented or promulgated from time to time by Landlord or its consultants, including, but not limited to, those matters set forth in subsections (b) and (c) below, in order to reduce the risk to Tenant, Tenant’s Agents or any other tenants of the Building of injury from Hazardous Substances. Notwithstanding the foregoing, except for changes and alterations to the Building and Premises necessitated due to Tenant’s specific use of the Premises, Landlord shall be responsible for those changes and alterations to the Building required by any applicable federal, state and local laws, guidelines, rules, regulations and requirements related b handicap access, which changes Landlord has received written demand from the applicable governmental authority that they are in need of being made, including, without limitation, the federal Americans with Disabilities Act.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND PROCEDURES. Tenant, at its sole cost, will promptly comply and promptly cause the Premises and Building to come into compliance with all applicable laws, guidelines, rules, regulations and requirements, whether of federal, state, or local origin, applicable to the Premises and the Building, including, but not limited to, Environmental Laws as defined herein and the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 12101 et seq, and Tenant shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Landlord from, and against any and all claims, costs, losses, damages, expenses or liability arising from its failure to comply with same.
