Compliance with Law and Standard Practices. Company shall perform its obligations hereunder in compliance with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, in accordance with sound engineering and safety practices, and in compliance with any and all reasonable rules of Agency relative to the Facilities. Company shall be responsible for obtaining all governmental permits, consents, and authorizations as may be required to perform its obligations hereunder.

ESCO shall perform its obligations hereunder in compliance with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, in accordance with sound engineering and safety practices and in compliance with any and all reasonable rules of relative to the Premises. ESCO shall be responsible for obtaining all governmental permits, consents, and authorizations as may be required to perform its obligations hereunder. Failure in this Contract to specifically identify any applicable law does not affect its applicability.
Compliance with Law and Standard Practices. RES shall perform its obligations hereunder in compliance with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, and in compliance with any and all reasonable rules of Customer relative to the Premises.

GRP|WEGMAN shall perform its obligations hereunder in compliance with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, in accordance with sound engineering and safety practices and in compliance with any and all reasonable rules relative to the Premises. GRP|WEGMAN shall be responsible for obtaining all governmental permits, consents, and authorizations as may be required to perform its obligations hereunder. This requirement extends to compliance with all applicable prevailing wage requirements imposed by State or Federal law.
Compliance with Law and Standard Practices. Onsite shall perform its obligations hereunder (i) in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations; (ii) in accordance with sound engineering and safety practices; and (iii) in compliance with any and all reasonable rules of Customer relative to the Facilities. Onsite will endeavor to obtain and be responsible for all governmental permits, consents and authorizations as may be required to perform its obligations hereunder.
Compliance with Law and Standard Practices. ARI shall perform its obligations hereunder in compliance with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, in accordance with sound engineering and safety practices, and in compliance with any and all reasonable rules of County relative to the Facilities. By way of non-exhaustive example, Chapter 000, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, xxx Xxxxxxx 00X-0, Xxxxxxx Administrative Code, govern this Contract. By way of further non-exhaustive example, ARI shall comply with Section 247A(e) of the Immigration and Nationalization Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and all prohibitions against discrimination on the basis of race, religion, sex, creed, national origin, handicap, marital status, or veteran’s status. Violation of such laws shall be grounds for Contract termination.
