Reasonable Rules. The Union further acknowledges that the Company has the right to make, supplement, alter and enforce reasonable rules and regulations to be observed by employees provided that the rules and regulations are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement.
Reasonable Rules. The employees shall observe the Employer’s reasonable rules. The Union will be given a copy of the Employer rules. Employees who violate safety rules and other reasonable written rules established by the Employer may be subject to disciplinary action including immediate discharge.
