Reasonable Rules. The employees shall observe the Employer’s reasonable rules. The Union will be given a copy of the Employer rules. Employees who violate safety rules and other reasonable written rules established by the Employer may be subject to disciplinary action including immediate discharge.

Reasonable Rules. The Union hereby agrees that the City retains the sole and exclusive right to establish and administer, without limitation, reasonable rules and regulations which it considers necessary and advisable for the safe, effective, and efficient operations of City services, so long as such rules and regulations do not violate specific provisions of this Agreement. The Union further acknowledges that any employee who violates or fails to comply with such rules and regulations shall be subject to discipline, up to and including discharge.

Reasonable Rules. The tenant promises to comply with any rules concerning the tenant’s use, occupancy or maintenance of the residential premises or building or use of services and facilities provided by the landlord provided that the rules are in writing, are reasonable in all circumstances and the tenant is given a copy of all the rules at the time of entering into the lease and is given a copy of any amendments.

Reasonable Rules a) The Tenant promises to comply with any rules concerning the Tenant’s use, occupancy or maintenance of the Residential Premises or Building or use of services and facilities provided by the Landlord provided that the rules are in writing, are reasonable in all circumstances and the Tenant is given a copy of the rules at the time of entering into the Lease and is given a copy of any amendments. The Landlord and tenant promises to comply with the statutory conditions set out in schedule ‘A’; b) The Tenant acknowledges receipt of the Rules of the Building which are attached to and form part of this lease as Schedule “A” (Rules and Regulations); c) The Tenant is responsible for ensuring that his family, visitors, guests, servants and agents will observe and comply with these Rules and Regulations when in the Building or the Residential Premises.

Reasonable Rules. The Department may adopt reasonable rules which are not in direct conflict with this Agreement. The Department will notify the (NCEU) and 1. Reporting for duty or being under the influence of, possessing or dispensing narcotics, barbiturates, mood- altering drugs, tranquilizers or alcohol is prohibited. 2. Destruction, defacing or theft of Department property or property of another employee is prohibited. 3. Misuse or removal of Department records or confidential data is prohibited.

Reasonable Rules. It is recognized that the Employer has the inherent right to make and enforce reasonable rules which do not conflict with, contradicts, or expand the language any of the provisions of this Contract Agreement. The Employer will make all reasonable rules known to employees in writing with copies to the Union Stewards.
