CHRISTMAS GIFT Sample Clauses

CHRISTMAS GIFT. The Company will make a gift of $100 each Christmas to each employee hired before the first day of September of the year in which the Christmas falls. A gift of $100 will also be made to each retiree and surviving spouse.

CHRISTMAS GIFT. A Christmas gift of $25.00 will be paid, on or before December 21st of each year, to all full-time employees actively in the employ of the Employer.
CHRISTMAS GIFT. All employees coming under the terms of this Contract shall be given a Christmas gift preceding the Christmas holiday of two hundred dollars ($200.00).

  • HOLIDAY 6.1 The Executive shall be entitled during the Employment to 30 working days holiday in each calendar year plus bank holidays. Holiday may only be taken at such time or times as the Chief Executive Officer shall approve. The Executive’s holiday entitlement shall be pro rated for the year in which the Employment begins and for the year in which the Employment ends.

  • 401(k) Except with the prior written consent of Parent, during the period from the date of this Agreement to the Effective Time, the Company shall not (i) make any discretionary contribution to the Company’s 401(k) plan, other than employer matching contributions at the rate in effect immediately prior to the date of this Agreement, or (ii) make any required contribution to the Company’s 401(k) plan in Shares. If requested by Parent in writing at least 10 days prior to the scheduled expiration date of the Offer, the Company shall terminate the Company’s 401(k) plan immediately prior to the scheduled expiration date of the Offer.

  • FUNERAL LEAVE Section 30.1 In the event of the death of a parent, spouse, child, sister, brother, mother-in- law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandparent of the Employee or spouse, grandchild of the Employee, or “xxxxxx” or “step” situations within these relationships, the Employee shall be allowed a leave of absence with pay of two (2) consecutive (eight or ten hour) workdays.

  • Sick Pay 23.1 When a seafarer is landed at any port because of sickness or injury, a pro rata payment of their basic wages plus guaranteed or, in the case of officers, fixed overtime, shall continue until they have been repatriated at the Company’s expense as specified in Article 20.
