Holiday definition

Holiday means the twenty-four (24) hour period commencing at 0001 hours of a day designated as a paid holiday in this Agreement.
Holiday means the National Holiday defined under the Motor Transport Workers Act, 1961 as may be in force from time to time, which the Transport Supplier would be required to give to his/her Crew as per the aforesaid Act.
Holiday means a public holiday for the purpose of section 25 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 or such other day on which the office remains closed for the day.
