NIGHTLY a. All floors in Group A to be swept, wet mopped and rinsed.
NIGHTLY. Clean and sanitize all sinks, toilets and urinals using a germicidal detergent solution. Clean tile behind all toilets, sinks, and urinals. Clean all bright work including chrome fittings, metal dispensers and flushometers. Clean all mirrors and glass. Empty waste receptacles, clean outside (and inside if required). Replace liners. Liners to be furnished by management. Empty sanitary napkin disposal units, clean outside (and inside if required). Replace liner. Replace paper towel, toilet tissue, and hand soap. Clean outside of dispensers. Products to be furnished by management. Spot clean partitions, walls, and entry doors. Sweep, wash, and disinfect bathroom floor. Monthly: High dusting of diffusers, light fixtures, ceiling corners, etc. Machine scrub and rinse all floor surfaces. Quarterly: Thoroughly wash all partitions and walls. **KITCHENS Nightly: Empty all waste containers, clean exterior (and inside if required), and replace liners. Liners supplied by management. Wash tables and countertops. Dust all ledges and furniture. Spot remove dirt and spills from kitchen cabinets, walls, and appliance surfaces. Clean kitchen sinks. Damp mop vinyl flooring. Place chairs in proper order around kitchen tables. Place glassware in dishwasher if available. Weekly: Spray buff vinyl flooring. Annually: Machine strip and refinish all vinyl flooring. **COMMON AREA HALLWAYS Nightly: Vacuum thoroughly and spot clean carpeting as needed. Spot remove smudges, fingerprints, etc. from walls and elevator doors. Pay particular attention to wall surface by elevator buttons. Clean and sanitize all public drinking fountains Clean corridor glass and metal work. Quarterly: High dusting of diffusers, light fixtures, etc. Semi-Annually: Shampoo carpets
NIGHTLY. All of the following cleaning services will be performed five days each week, including either Monday through Friday or Sunday through Thursday, and excluding national holidays.
NIGHTLY a. Vacuum once per week. Carpet-sweep four times per week all rugs and carpeted areas, moving light furniture and office equipment other than desks and file cabinets. Spot clean to remove soluble spots which safely respond to standard spotting procedures without risk of injury to color or fabric.
NIGHTLY. 1. Clean and damp-mop floors;
NIGHTLY. Empty and wipe clean all ash trays. Empty and wipe clean all waste receptacles. Wipe clean all areas within hand high reach; including but not limited to window sills, wall xxxxers, chairs, desks, tables, baseboards, file cabinets, convector enclosures, pictures and all manner of office furniture. Wipe clean all glass top desks and tables. Sweep with treated cloths all composition tile flooring. Carpet sweep all carpeted areas, and vacuum clean weekly. PUBLIC LAVATORIES (Nightly or as otherwise designated) Wash and dry all bowls, seats urinals, washbasins and mirrors. Wash and wipe dry all metal work. Supply and insert toilet tissue, toweling and soap in dispensers. Empty paper towel and sanitary napkin disposal receptacles and remove to designated area. Sweep and wash floors. Wipe clean all sills, partxxxxxs and ledges. Wipe clean exterior of waste cans and dispensing units. Wash both partitions monthly. Wash tile walls monthly. Wash and dry interior of waste cans and sanitary disposal containers weekly. Machine scrub flooring monthly. Dust exterior of light fixtures monthly. FLOOR MAINTENANCE
NIGHTLY a. Empty all waste receptacles, removing waste to designated central location for disposal.
NIGHTLY a. Sweep, mop, rinse, and dry floors. Polish mirrors and bright-work. Clean enameled surfaces.
NIGHTLY a. Clean the floor in accordance with specifications outlined above based upon the type of flooring installed. The doors, surfaces, and fixtures shall be dusted daily and damp wiped weekly.
NIGHTLY. Empty waste cans Sweep all synthetic flooring with a chemically treated dry mop. Wet mop all spillage. Vacuum all carpeted areas. Wash and disinfect all basins, bowels, and urinals. Clean and disinfect all restroom floors. Lights are to be turned on in the areas to be cleaned only. Section will be cleaned one at a time, lights turned off when completed and doors secured. Secure entire building and make sure the security system is activated.
