Chief Executive Office, Record Locations. The chief executive office of such Assignor is, on the date of this Agreement, located at the address indicated on Annex A hereto for such Assignor. During the period of the four calendar months preceding the date of this Agreement, the chief executive office of such Assignor has not been located at any address other than that indicated on Annex A in accordance with the immediately preceding sentence, in each case unless each such other address is also indicated on Annex A hereto for such Assignor.
Chief Executive Office, Record Locations. The chief executive office of such Grantor is, on the date of this Agreement, located at the address indicated on Annex A hereto for such Grantor. During the period of the four calendar months preceding the date of this Agreement, the chief executive office of such Grantor has not been located at any address other than that indicated on Annex A in accordance with the immediately preceding sentence, in each case unless each such other address is also indicated on Annex A hereto for such Grantor.

During the period of the four calendar months preceding the date of this Agreement, the chief executive office of the Obligor has not been located at any address other than that indicated on Schedule “C” in accordance with the immediately preceding sentence, in each case unless each such other address is also indicated on Schedule “C”.

Assignor will not move its chief executive office except to such new location as Assignor may establish in accordance with the last sentence of this Section 2.4. The originals of all documents evidencing all Eligible Receivables of Assignor and the only original books of account and records of Assignor relating thereto are, and will continue to be, kept at such chief executive office, at one or more of the other locations set forth on Annex A hereto or at such new locations as Assignor may establish in accordance with the last sentence of this Section 2.4. All Eligible Receivables of Assignor are, and will continue to be, maintained at, and controlled and directed (including, without limitation, for general accounting purposes) from, the office locations described above or such new location established in accordance with the last sentence of this Section 2.4. Assignor shall not establish new locations for such offices until (i) it shall have given to Secured Party not less than 15 days' prior written notice of its intention to do so, clearly describing such new location and providing such other information in connection therewith as Secured Party may reasonably request, and (ii) with respect to such new location, it shall have taken all action reasonably satisfactory to Secured Party to maintain the security interest of Secured Party in the Collateral intended to be granted hereby at all times fully perfected and in full force and effect.
Chief Executive Office, Record Locations. The chief executive office of such Assignor on the Amendment and Restatement Effective Date is located at the address indicated on Annex A hereto for such Assignor.

Chief Executive Office, Record Locations. The chief executive office and principal place of business of the Grantor are, on the date of this Agreement, located at Xxx xx Xxxxxxxx, 000, Xxxxxx, 0x xxxxx, in the City of Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The Grantor keeps and shall continue to keep at the aforesaid address its corporate records and all records, documents and instruments constituting, relating to or evidencing the Pledged Collateral, except for the Pledged Collateral delivered to the Security Agent in compliance with Section 2.02(a) and (b) hereof; provided that, the Grantor shall be permitted to change the location of its chief executive office so long as not in violation of the applicable requirements of the Companhia Securitizadora Finance Documents and so long as (i) it shall have given to the Security Agent not less than ten (10) Business Days’ prior written notice of each such change and (ii) in connection with the respective change or changes, it shall have taken all action reasonably requested by the Security Agent to maintain the security interests of the Security Agent in the Pledged Collateral at all times fully perfected and of first priority and in full force and effect.
