Finance Documents definition

Finance Documents means these Terms and Conditions, the Agency Agreement and any other document designated by the Issuer and the Agent as a Finance Document.
Finance Documents means these Bond Terms, the Bond Trustee Fee Agreement and any other document designated by the Issuer and the Bond Trustee as a Finance Document.
Finance Documents means this Agreement, any Compliance Certificate, any Fee Letters, any Hedging Agreement, any Utilisation Request, the Security Documents and any other document (whether creating a Security Interest or not) which is executed at any time by any of the Obligors or any other person as security for, or to establish any form of subordination to the Finance Parties under this Agreement or any of the other documents referred to herein or therein and any such other document designated as a “Finance Document” by the Agent and the Borrower.

Examples of Finance Documents in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any Finance Document, the interest paid or agreed to be paid under the Finance Documents shall not exceed the maximum rate of non-usurious interest permitted by applicable Government Rule (the “Maximum Rate”).

  • In addition, the Borrower agrees to continue to provide the Communications to the Credit Facility Agent in the manner specified in the Finance Documents but only to the extent requested by the Credit Facility Agent.

  • This Agreement, the other Finance Documents and any agreement, document or instrument attached hereto or referred to herein integrate all the terms and conditions mentioned herein or incidental hereto and supersede all oral negotiations and prior writings in respect to the subject matter hereof.

  • Based on the instructions above, the Intercreditor Agent hereby directs the Collateral Agent to (i) execute this Amendment and each of the Finance Documents (as defined in the Amended Common Terms Agreement) to which the Collateral Agent is party and (ii) direct the Account Bank to execute this Amendment and each of the Finance Documents (as defined in the Amended Common Terms Agreement) to which the Account Bank is party.


More Definitions of Finance Documents

Finance Documents means this Agreement, any Fee Letter, any Security Document and any other document designated as such by the Facility Agent and the Borrower and “Finance Document” means any of them.
