Finance Documents definition

Finance Documents means these Terms and Conditions, the Agency Agreement and any other document designated by the Issuer and the Agent as a Finance Document.
Finance Documents means these Bond Terms, the Bond Trustee Fee Agreement and any other document designated by the Issuer and the Bond Trustee as a Finance Document.
Finance Documents means this Agreement, any Compliance Certificate, any Fee Letters, any Hedging Agreement, any Utilisation Request, the Security Documents and any other document (whether creating a Security Interest or not) which is executed at any time by any of the Obligors or any other person as security for, or to establish any form of subordination to the Finance Parties under this Agreement or any of the other documents referred to herein or therein and any such other document designated as a “Finance Document” by the Agent and the Borrower.

Examples of Finance Documents in a sentence

  • Failure by a Finance Party to perform its obligations under the Finance Documents does not affect the obligations of any other Party under the Finance Documents.

  • Except as specifically provided in the Finance Documents, the Arranger has no obligations of any kind to any other Party under or in connection with any Finance Document.

  • No Finance Party is responsible for the obligations of any other Finance Party under the Finance Documents.

  • Any representation or statement made or deemed to be made by a Transaction Obligor in the Finance Documents or any other document delivered by or on behalf of any Transaction Obligor under or in connection with any Finance Document is or proves to have been, in the opinion of the Facility Agent (acting reasonably), materially incorrect or misleading when made or deemed to be made.

  • The rights of each Finance Party include any debt owing to that Finance Party under the Finance Documents and, for the avoidance of doubt, any part of the Loan or any other amount owed by an Obligor which relates to a Finance Party's participation in the Facility or its role under a Finance Document (including any such amount payable to the Facility Agent on its behalf) is a debt owing to that Finance Party by that Obligor.

Finance Documents means this Agreement, the Security Documents, any Fee Letter and any other document designated as such by the Agent and the Borrowers and “Finance Document” means any one of them.
