Xxx. Xxxxx submitted a bid in 2011 which was accepted. Closing was delayed because her existing parcel is a Land Court property and the adjacent paper street (Parcel D), required Land Court approval. Recently the board agreed to let her assign her earlier rights to Xx. Xxxxx. Item 5 above authorizes the close out of the unregistered land and item 6 allows a temporary easement over Parcel D until the Land Court matter is settled.

Xx Xxxxxxxx. (a) The execution and delivery of this Agreement by Brian L. Roberts do not, and the performance of this Agreement by Briax X. Xxxxxxx xxxl not, (i) conflict with or violate any law, rule, xxxxxxxxxx, xxxer, judgment or decree applicable to Brian L. Roberts or by which Brian L. Roberts's units of membership inxxxxxxx xx Xxxxxst Stockholdex xx xxxxx xxxxxx of Brian L. Roberts are bound or affected or (ii) result in any breach of xx xxxxxxxxxx x default (or an event that, with or without notice or lapse of time or both, would become a default) under, or give to others any rights of termination, amendment, acceleration or cancellation of, or result in the creation of a Lien on any of Brian L Roberts's units of membership interests in Comcast Stockholder xxxxxxxx xx, xxx note, bond, mortgage, indenture, contract, agreement, lease, license, permit, franchise or other instrument or obligation to which Brian L. Roberts is a party or by which Brian L. Roberts or Brian L. Rxxxxxx'x xxxxx xf membership interests ix Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxoldex xx xxxxx xxxxxx of Brian L. Roberts are bound or affected, except, in the case of clauses (x) xxx (xx), xor any such conflicts, violations, breaches, defaults or other occurrences that would not reasonably be expected to prevent or delay the performance by Brian L. Roberts of his obligations under this Agreement.
Xx Xxxxxxxx. 1 The Company shall within 14 days after the audited accounts of Xxxxxxxx have been approved by the Board of Directors of Xxxxxxxx deliver to the Consultant a statement showing the amount of the Relevant Profits for the financial year to which such accounts relate and the amount (if any) of the bonus payable to the Consultant which (less any sum or sums paid to the Consultant on account thereof under paragraph (3) of Part AA of this Schedule) shall become due and payable 14 days thereafter.
