Check and Check Image Requirements. Any Image that you transmit to us must accurately and legibly provide all the information on the front and back of the check at the time it is presented to you by the payer. Prior to capturing the front and back of the Image of the original check, you will endorse the back of the check. Your endorsement will include your Account Number and the words “FCCU For Mobile Deposit Only”. A check and any Image transmitted via the Service must include the accurate and legible presentation of the following and other features as appropriate: • Pre-printed information that identifies the check payer and the financial institution on which the original check is drawn; • The MICR encoded account number and financial institution routing and transit number; • The date the check was written; • The payer’s signature(s); and • Other information placed on the check prior to the time an Image is captured, such as any endorsements applied to the back of the check and “FCCU For Mobile Deposit Only.” The image quality of the check will meet the standards for image quality established by the American National Standards Institute (“ANSI”), the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, and any other regulatory agency, clearing house or association. Rejection of Deposit You understand that you are solely responsible for any service charges, overdraft charges, late fees, and returned check/non-sufficient funds charges levied against you, your Account, or any accounts you may have at other financial institutions that may result from our rejection of any item, check holds, or deposit delays of any kind. You understand that if an item you transmit to us for deposit is rejected, we will send an e- mail to you at the e-mail address we have on file for your Account to alert you of the rejection within 2 business days of the date we receive the original transmission of your item. Further, you understand that we are not responsible if, for any reason, you do not receive our e-mail.

Check and Check Image Requirements a. Any image of a check, as that term is defined in Federal Reserve Board Regulation CC (“Reg. CC”), that you transmit to us must accurately and legibly provide all the information on the front and back of the check at the time it is presented to you by the drawer. Original checks are converted to an Image Replacement Document (as such term is defined in the Check Clearing for the 21st Century Act and Reg. CC), for deposit with the Bank and for processing and presentment to a collecting or paying financial institution. You agree that the image of the check transmitted to Settlers bank shall be deemed an “item” within the meaning of Articles 3 and 4 of the Uniform Commercial Code.

UNACCEPTABLE DEPOSITS You understand and agree that you are not permitted to deposit the following items using the Service: • Any item not drawn on a credit union, savings and loan, financial institution not located in the United States. • Any item drawn on your Account. • Any item made payable to “cash”. • Any item payable to a member and another party who is not a joint owner on the Account. • Any third party checks (checks made payable to any person or entity other than a member). • Any item that is stamped “non-negotiable”, “void,” or any other word or phrase indicating that the item is not valid. • Any item that appears to contain altered information. • Any item issued by a financial institution in a foreign country, or is written for an amount in non U.S. currency. • Any traveler’s checks. • Any item that is incomplete or contains incomplete information. • Any item that is “post-dated” or “stale-dated” per our current guidelines. • Any item that has been previously negotiated or deposited into any account.
Check and Check Image Requirements. 1. The COMPANY shall use its Linked Device to access the BizLink Mobile App and capture legible images of the front and back of the check for deposit (“Check Image”).

  • Age Requirements If you are a sole proprietor, and you are not old enough to enter into a contract on your own behalf (which is commonly but not always 18 years old), but you are 13 years old or older, your Representative must be your parent or legal guardian. If you are a legal entity that is owned, directly or indirectly, by an individual who is not old enough to enter into a contract on their own behalf, but the individual is 13 years old or older, your Representative must obtain the consent of either your board or an authorised officer. The approving board, authorised officer, parent or legal guardian is responsible to Stripe and is legally bound to this Agreement as if it had agreed to this Agreement itself. You must not use the Services if you are under 13 years of age.

A written notice will be sent to me of transactions you are unable to process because of returned items. With respect to any item that I transmit to you for remote deposit that you credit to my Account, in the event such item is dishonored, I authorize you to debit the amount of such item from the Account. Email Address. I agree to notify you immediately if I change my email address, as this is the email address where you will send me notification of receipt of remote deposit items.

  • Invoice Requirements Contractor hereby waives the right to enforce any term which contradicts or modifies any term of the solicitation or any Contract that may result, including subsequent amendments to the Contract, or would result in an unencumbered expense if enforced against the state.   • Specific Coverage Requirements The Contractor shall at a minimum carry insurance in the types and amounts indicated below for the duration of the Contract, including extension options and hold over periods, and during any warranty period. The referenced section requires the following assurance to be included in all subsequent contracts between the CONSULTANT and any SUB-CONSULTANT: The CONSULTANT, sub recipient or SUB-CONSULTANT shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex in the performance of this Contract. The CONSULTANT shall carry out applicable requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 in the award and administration of DOT-assisted contracts. Failure by the CONSULTANT to carry out these requirements is a material breach of this Contract, which may result in the termination of this Contract or such other remedy, as INDOT, as the recipient, deems appropriate.

  • Overtime requirements No contractor or subcontractor contracting for any part of the contract work which may require or involve the employment of laborers or mechanics shall require or permit any such laborer or mechanic in any workweek in which he or she is employed on such work to work in excess of forty hours in such workweek unless such laborer or mechanic receives compensation at a rate not less than one and one-half times the basic rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in such workweek.
