Calculating of Overtime Rates. An employee who is absent on approved time off during his/her scheduled work week because of sickness, bereavement, holidays, vacation or other approved leave of absence shall, for the purpose of computing overtime pay, be considered as if he/she had worked during his/her regular hours during such absence.

Calculating of Overtime Rates. An employee who is absent on approved time off during his scheduled work week because of sickness, bereavement, holidays, vacation or other approved leave of absence shall, for the purpose of computing overtime pay, be considered as if he had worked during his regular hours during such absence. Sharing of Overtime Overtime and callback time shall be divided equally among employees qualified to perform the available work. The Employer will not compel the employee to work overtime if another qualified employee is willing to work that overtime, provided that there is not additional cost to the Employer and provided that the employee is available. Double Shift An employee shall not be required to work a double without his consent.
Calculating of Overtime Rates. For the purpose of computing the hourly overtime rates, the employee’s bi-weekly salary rate shall be divided by seventy-five (75) and multiplied by the overtime rate.

  • Overtime Rates All overtime hours shall be compensated at the rate of time and one- half (1-1/2).

If equivalent time off is not taken by the end of the contract year following the contract year in which it is earned, the Company shall pay the deferred one-half premium pay. Tour Workers who choose to bank overtime may later re-elect to receive the deferred one-half premium pay.

  • Computation of Overtime In computing overtime a period of thirty (30) minutes or less shall be counted as one-half (½) hour and a period of more than thirty (30) minutes but less than sixty (60) minutes shall be counted as one (1) hour.

  • Wage Rates Contractor shall post a copy of the wage rates at the job site and shall pay the adopted prevailing wage rates as a minimum. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Board of Supervisors has obtained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in this locality for each craft, classification, or type of xxxxxxx needed to execute this Contract from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. These rates are on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Copies may be obtained at cost at the office of County's OC Public Works/OC Facilities & Asset Management/A&E Project Management or visit the website of the Department of Industrial Relations, Prevailing Wage Unit at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/XXXX/XXX. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Sections 1774, 1775, 1776 and 1813 of the Labor Code.

  • Base Rates Attached to and made a part of this Agreement is Appendix A which sets forth the straight-time hourly rates for all employees covered by this Agreement.

  • Mileage Rates The mileage rate shall be the maximum allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. If the IRS rate should change during the term of the contract, the contract rate shall change also on the date specified by the IRS.

  • Sharing of Overtime Overtime work shall be allocated equitably to qualified employees considering their availability and location.

  • WAGE RATES AND CLASSIFICATIONS Classifications and the hourly wage rates applicable thereto are contained in the Appendices attached to and forming part of this Agreement.
