Client Registers definition

Client Registers means any register, list, schedule, table, chart or summary containing information about a Client or a number of Clients. Client Service Rights means the right to provide Financial Services to the Clients.

Client Registers means any register, list, schedule, table, chart or summary containing information about Clients. Client Relationships means the business relationship between the Representative and the Clients and all existing and future rights and entitlements of the Representative to receive revenue and Client Service Rights means the right to provide Authorised Services to a Client.

Related to Client Registers

  • Branch Register means any branch Register of such category or categories of Members as the Company may from time to time determine.

  • Public Register means the College’s register that is available to the public.

  • Trust Register and “Trust Registrar” have the meanings stated in Section 3.2 of the Trust Agreement.

  • Unit Register means the register of the Partnership for the registration and transfer of Limited Partnership Interests as provided in Section 4.5.

  • Warrant Register shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4(c).
