Service Points definition

Service Points means number of locations of the service(s).
Service Points in relation to a KPI Failure, the points that are set out against the relevant Key Performance Indicator in the fifth column of the table in Annex 1 of Schedule 2.2 (Performance Levels);

More Definitions of Service Points

Service Points has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(a) of this Agreement.
Service Points means the points which shall accrue in respect of a failure by the Contractor to achieve the applicable Target Service Level in relation to any of the Service Measures, as specified in Schedule 2.2 (Performance Measures and Monitoring), and which shall be converted into Service Credits in accordance with Schedule 7.1 (Charges and Payment);
