– Battalion Chief Promotional Test Components and Weights. All Battalion Chief promotional examinations shall be impartial and shall relate to those matters which will test a candidate’s ability to discharge the duties of the position filled. The placement of eligible candidates on a Battalion Chief promotional list shall be based on the points achieved by the candidate on each of the following components: Component Percentage Weighting Time in Grade Seniority 10% Ascertained Merit 10% Chief’s Points 10% Peer Review 10% Commission Oral Interview 10% Assessment Center 30% Written Examination 20% Each eligible candidate shall be entitled to participate in all components of the promotional process. If a candidate wishes to withdraw from the promotional process before the completion of all components of the promotional process, the candidate shall so advise the Board of Fire Commissioners in writing. The promotional testing components that require candidates to physically be present should generally take place during the months of January through March as to minimize the disruption to employees’ vacation leave.   • Power Factor Design Criteria (Reactive Power A wind generating plant shall maintain a power factor within the range of 0.95 leading to 0.95 lagging, measured at the Point of Interconnection as defined in this LGIA, if the ISO’s System Reliability Impact Study shows that such a requirement is necessary to ensure safety or reliability.   • Quality Control Program The Contractor shall describe the Quality Control Program in a written document which shall be reviewed by the Engineer prior to the start of any production, construction, or off-site fabrication. The written Quality Control Program shall be submitted to the Engineer for review at least ten (10) calendar days before the start of construction. The Quality Control Program shall be organized to address, as a minimum, the following items:

Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.

  • Power Factor Design Criteria Developer shall design the Large Generating Facility to maintain an effective power delivery at demonstrated maximum net capability at the Point of Interconnection at a power factor within the range established by the Connecting Transmission Owner on a comparable basis, until NYISO has established different requirements that apply to all generators in the New York Control Area on a comparable basis. The Developer shall design and maintain the plant auxiliary systems to operate safely throughout the entire real and reactive power design range. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall not unreasonably restrict or condition the reactive power production or absorption of the Large Generating Facility in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Mileage Measurement Where required, the mileage measurement for LIS rate elements is determined in the same manner as the mileage measurement for V&H methodology as outlined in NECA Tariff No. 4.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.
