Authorized User and Eligible Recipient Requests. Supplier will promptly inform the Kraft Contract Manager of requests for New Services from Authorized Users or Eligible Recipients, and shall submit any proposals for New Services to the Kraft Contract Manager or his or her designee. Supplier shall not agree to provide New Services to any Authorized Users or Eligible Recipients without the prior written approval of the Kraft Contract Manager or his or her designee. If Supplier fails to comply strictly with this Section 11.5.4, it shall receive no compensation for any services rendered to any person or entity in violation of such provision.

Supplier shall not agree to provide New Services to any Authorized Users or Eligible Recipients without the prior written approval of the ABM Contract Manager or his or her designee. If ABM/IBM Proprietary Information Supplier fails to obtain ABM’s approval in accordance with this Section 11.5(d), it shall receive no compensation for any services rendered to any person or entity in violation of such provision.

Supplier shall not agree to provide New Services to any Authorized Users or Eligible Recipients without the prior written approval of the Ascension Health Relationship Manager or his or her designee. If Supplier fails to comply with this Section 4.3(d), it shall receive no compensation for any services rendered to any person or entity in violation of such provision.

(i) Supplier shall promptly inform the CoreLogic Relationship Manager (or his or her designee) of requests for New Services that are within the categories of Services contemplated under this Agreement from Authorized Users or Eligible Recipients, and shall submit any proposals for such New Services to the CoreLogic Relationship Manager (or his or her designee). Supplier shall not agree to provide New Services under this Agreement to any Authorized Users or Eligible Recipients without the prior written approval of the CoreLogic Relationship Manager (or his or her designee). If Supplier fails to comply with this Section 4.3(d), it shall *** any services rendered to any person or entity in violation of such provision. After the CoreLogic Relationship Manager (or his or her designee) becomes aware that Supplier is providing a New Service to an Authorized User or Eligible Recipient in violation of this Section 4.3(d)(i), Supplier shall continue to perform such New Service only to the extent *** in accordance with Section 4.3; in which case, CoreLogic shall be responsible for *** for such New Services due in accordance with Section 4.3 from the date on which ***. This Section 4.3(d)(i) shall not apply with respect to any Authorized User or Eligible Recipient who obtains New Services by logging into one of Supplier’s commercially-available websites and orders Services or Equipment (provided that such Authorized User is not induced by Supplier or Supplier Personnel).

If Supplier renders any services to any Eligible Recipient or Authorized User in violation of this provision without the prior written agreement or approval of the AZL Relationship Program Manager or his or her designee, then AZL shall not be responsible for any charges for such services so rendered by Supplier.

Supplier shall not agree to provide New Services to any Authorized Users or Eligible Recipients without the prior written approval of the Hercules Relationship Manager or his or her designee. If Supplier fails to comply strictly with this Section 4.4(d), it shall receive no compensation for any services rendered to any person or entity in violation of such provision.

If Provider fails to comply with this Section 3.2(d), it shall receive no compensation for any services rendered to any person or Entity in violation of such provision.

Service Provider shall not agree to provide New Services to any Authorized Users or Eligible Recipients without the prior written approval of the Allegheny Contract Executive or his or her designee. If Service Provider fails to comply strictly with this Section 11.5(d), it shall receive no compensation for any services rendered to any person or entity in violation of such provision.

If Supplier fails to comply in all material respects with the preceding sentence, it shall receive no compensation for any services rendered to any person or entity in violation of the immediately preceding sentence.
