Audience Area. Your organization is asked to inform patrons of the following guidelines in this area: q No food, candy, gum or liquids, except for water, are allowed in the audience area of the theatre. q Feet are not to be placed on the theatre seats. q Do not deface seats or any part of the theatre. q Babies and children under five are encouraged not to attend performances. q Any child or person disturbing a performance will be asked to leave. q No photography of any kind is allowed during a performance. q Turn off all cell phones and pagers. Backstage Area: q All performers should enter and exit through the stage door. q All performers should use the dressing rooms to change and apply make up. Please do not use public restrooms for this purpose. Only make-­‐up can be used in the building. NO PAINTS OF ANY KIND MAY BE USED IN ANY AREAS OF THE BUILDING. q No food is allowed on stage, backstage or in the dressing rooms. Water in bottles is allowed with prior approval of the stage manager. q Do not touch any stage equipment, curtains or cyclorama. q Follow all instructions given by the stage manager and crew. q Adult supervision must be provided at all times. Performers should not be allowed to run through the hallways, lobby area, back stage, stairwells or floors not directly associated with the theatre. q Silence must be strictly maintained in the hallway behind the theatre. q The use of rosin on or off stage is prohibited. RESTROOM AREAS: q Public restrooms are not to be used for changing costumes or applying make up. The dressing rooms are for this purpose.
