Common use of Audience Area Clause in Contracts

Audience Area. Your organization is asked to inform patrons of the following guidelines in this area: ❑ No food, candy, gum or liquids, except for water, are allowed in the audience area of the theatre. ❑ Feet are not to be placed on the theatre seats. ❑ Do not deface seats or any part of the theatre. ❑ Babies and children under five are encouraged not to attend performances. ❑ Any child or person disturbing a performance will be asked to leave. ❑ No photography of any kind is allowed during a performance. ❑ Turn off all cell phones and pagers.
