CARE OF BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT. Exhibitor and its agents shall not injure or deface any part of the Exhibit Hall, the booths or booth contents or Show equipment and decor. If Exhibitor causes any such damage, Exhibitor shall be liable to the owner of the property so damaged.

CARE OF BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT. Exhibitor and all its agents shall not injure or deface any part of the Exhibit Hall, the booths or booth contents or Show equipment and décor. Exhibitor shall care for and keep in good order space occupied by it and surrender such space at the close of the Show in the same condition as it was when it was taken over. If the space occupied shall be damaged by Exhibitor, employees, patrons or guests, Exhibitor shall pay such amounts as are necessary to restore the space to its original condition.

Electric wiring must conform with the National Electric Code Safety rules and all other applicable rules, regulations, fire laws, electrical codes and other laws of the city in which the Exhibition is located, and of any other government authority maintaining jurisdiction over the convention center that affect the installation, conduct and disassembly of the exhibit. Combustible materials or explosives are not permitted in the Exhibit hall. The Exhibitor shall also comply with all reasonable requests of officials of the Exhibit hall and TGE with respect to the installation, conduct and disassembly of its Exhibit.
