Public Restrooms. 7.1. Public restrooms shall be kept clean and shall not become dull in appearance. Waste receptacles shall be emptied and spot cleaned. Trash shall not be allowed to overflow.
Public Restrooms. Available on East Elmwood Ave next to the Palmer Museum. For any concerns about the public restrooms, please contact the City of Xxxxxx Public Works Department at 000-000-0000 for the most immediate assistance. The Market Coordinator and GPCC staff do not have access to the restroom’s supply closet.

Satisfactorily clean and maintain or cause to be cleaned and maintained on a daily basis existing City public restrooms and other public restrooms which the City has agreed separately to maintain which are located in the District, including but not limited to these locations: 000 X Xxxxxx, 14th and K Street, Park Boulevard and Market Street, and adjacent to Gaslamp Square Park. Public Restrooms. Lessee shall be responsible for the regular cleaning on the public restrooms located on the Premises. The restrooms shall be open to the public at all times the Premises are open to the public. The restrooms shall be kept clean, neat, orderly and functioning properly at all times. Lessee, at its own expense, shall provide all necessary items for the restrooms including, but limited to, toilet tissue, paper towels, seat covers and hand soap. Lessee shall provide, at its sole expense, all cleaning materials and supplies necessary to maintain the public restrooms in the condition as described above. Restrooms shall be thoroughly cleaned daily and inspected for supplies and neatness a minimum of two (2) times during each day Lessee's business is open to the public.
Public Restrooms. 1 Replace wall vinyl. .2 Remove wall tile and replace with wall vinyl. .3 Repaint previously painted doors and door trim/frames.
Public Restrooms. The general pubic shall have access to the public rest stations (toilets) (ADA compliant), during Operating Hours during the Operating Season. Toilets on the premises shall belong to the Town and be made available for the Tenant’s use. The Tenant or its designee will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the public rest stations within the Boathouse and stocking them appropriately with a sufficient amount of paper and soap supplies on a regular basis. The public rest stations shall be cleaned daily when the Boathouse is open. Portable toilets located outside the Boathouse are supplied and maintained by the Tenant.

Public Restrooms. KCFC is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of all public restroom facilities.
Public Restrooms. At a minimum the Concessionaire shall operate the Bathroom facilities between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:30 pm seven (7) days per week from the Friday prior to Memorial Day through Columbus Day Weekend each year. The Concessionaire shall open the Bathroom facility at all times while the Concession is operating. The Town of Nantucket reserves the right to open and staff the Bathroom facility only, at other hours for special events. Toilet room facilities must remain open even in inclement weather. The Concessionaire shall be responsible for the cleanliness of the Public Restroom facility and area surrounding the Public Restroom facility. A Maintenance Log of twice daily cleanings shall be provided and visually displayed in bathroom area for inspection. Exhibit D.
Public Restrooms. Three (3) public restroom facilities are provided: two (2) stalls for women, one (1) stall and one (1) urinal for men.
