Attendance at Rehearsals. The Corporation agrees that the writer has the right to attend a l l the work sessions a t which production personnel present in the production of a program based upon the script the writer has provided that the writer obtains permission from the producer. It is understood that such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. The writer agrees not to discuss the script, rehearsal or production with anyone than the producer. The Corporation shall be entitled to broadcast and/or publish advertising and promotional purposes, extracts from a script provided that the name is associated with material so used, except when the length of the extract for broadcast purposes does not exceed one (1) minute. Such extracts shall exceed two hundred and fifty words publication purposes, nor two minutes for broadcasting purposes. If the writer has signed a contract for publication previous to the signing of such writer's contract with the this provision may not be applicable.

Attendance at Rehearsals. It is the Artist’s responsibility to be on time and properly prepared for those rehearsals for which he/she is called. The Artist is also responsible for being aware of his/her own rehearsal calls, even when the Artist is not present at the time the rehearsal and performance schedule is posted. However, where the Ballet has failed to post rehearsal and performance schedules in the manner stipulated, the Artist shall not be responsible for any rehearsals, which he/she is late for or fails to attend as a result. Equally, it is the Ballet’s responsibility to ensure that Artistic staff are on time and properly prepared for those rehearsals to which an Artist is called. In the event that a member of the Artistic staff is late in excess of twenty (20) minutes or does not arrive for a rehearsal call, and where the Artist is not notified of the delay, the Artist is not obligated to remain at the call.
Attendance at Rehearsals. It is the Artist’s responsibility to be on time for those Rehearsals for which he/she is called.   • Attendance at Meetings Employees designated as shop stewards or official representatives of the Union shall be allowed to attend meetings held by County agencies during regular working hours on County time as follows:

  • ATTENDANCE AT MANDATORY MEETINGS/SCHOOL EVENTS Where an employee is required through clear direction by the board to attend work outside of regular working hours, the provisions of the local collective agreement regarding hours of work and compensation, including any relevant overtime/lieu time provisions, shall apply. Required attendance outside of regular working hours may include, but is not limited to school staff meetings, parent/teacher interviews, curriculum nights, Individual Education Plan and Identification Placement Review Committee meetings, and consultations with board professional staff.

  • Conference Attendance Effective October 1, 1996, unit employees shall be entitled to up to four (4) days administrative leave of absence within any two consecutive fiscal years subject to the following conditions:

  • Attendance Policy In order to maximize learning opportunities, attendance is expected at all college and clinical sessions. Campus laboratory classes are usually demonstrations of essential nursing skills. There is no effective way to “make-up” missed laboratory classes, therefore the instructor may require attendance. For all clinical absences, the student must call the clinical setting a minimum of 30 minutes before the scheduled beginning time of the clinical session that will be missed and leave a message for the appropriate instructor. Any exception to this rule will be noted in writing in the individual course syllabus and green sheet. Students who miss more than 10% of the clinical days in a course may not be able to meet course objectives. It is the student’s responsibility to contact the appropriate instructor to determine “make- up” assignments for all absences. If a student has excess absences as defined in a particular course, the student’s status may be reviewed by the nursing faculty. The student may not be able to satisfactorily meet course objectives and may earn a failing grade.

  • Attendance Bonus Employees are eligible for an attendance bonus when every shift is satisfactorily worked throughout the monthly schedule period and no changes are requested in the schedule by the employee except for trading shifts as provided for in Article 13.4.4 or utilizing unpaid union leave. To qualify, a minimum of 130 compensated hours must have been worked during the qualifying period. The bonus will be an additional twenty-five ($0.25) per hour on only the hours worked in the qualifying period.

  • Attendance at Conferences and Conventions (a) The parties to this Agreement recognize that attendance or participation at conferences, conventions, symposia, workshops and other gatherings of a similar nature contributes to the maintenance of high professional standards.

  • Attendance Use best efforts to attend scheduled meetings of Company’s Board of Directors;
