Appointed First Aider Allowance. An Employee who is appointed in writing by the City to be First Aiders will be paid an allowance of $22.87 for each completed pay period that s/he remains so appointed (excluding periods of leave).   • First Aid Allowance An employee who has been trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. John's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid a weekly allowance of $11.50 if appointed by their employer to perform first aid duty.

  • Motor allowance Employees who in the service of their employer use their own vehicles at the request of their employer shall be paid per kilometre at the rate detailed in Appendix A.

  • Boot Allowance The District will pay $180 toward the purchase and/or repair of work boots for District Employees listed in the District’s Work Apparel Policy and/or at the discretion of the employee’s department manager. Payment will be made by the first full paycheck of the employee’s date of hire and annually thereafter. Boots must meet applicable OSHA standards for the duties assigned.

  • Site Allowance Procedure 18.1 This procedure shall apply to construction work in the commercial/industrial sector of the building industry in the State of Victoria. Further, it is expressly agreed by the parties to this procedure that Site Allowances will not be claimed on any project where the project value is below $2.2 million.

  • Footwear Allowance The Company will reimburse full-time employees up to fifty ($50.00) dollars per year toward the cost of footwear upon presentation of a receipt. Eligible employees will receive reimbursement for footwear upon completion of six (6) months' service. Once employees have received the footwear allowance, they must wear such footwear during work hours.
