Aircraft out of Service. Employer, at its discretion, may assign the nurse to work at another Airlift Northwest facility or assign other work as determined. If the nurse has already reported to work and the Employer assigns the nurse to work at another Airlift Northwest facility, travel time will be considered duty time. ALNW will make a best faith effort to allow staff enough drive time to be included such that they could be back at their original Base by their scheduled time off (currently no guarantee under any shift) and will pay the appropriate rate of pay (over-time or double- time) if on flight-related duty. ALNW will pay one (1) hour of drive time from Boeing Field for Arlington and Bremerton, one and a half (1 ½) hours for Olympia, two (2) hours for Bellingham, and up to two and a half (2 1/2) hours for Yakima, all at straight time, if the employee does not get off at their originally scheduled shift’s end from Boeing Field. If there is no other work to do, the nurse may choose to use leave without pay or annual leave, if available, to cover the nurse’s scheduled work time.

The Employer will attempt to assign employees within their geographical region. For Flight Nurses working in Juneau: In a rolling three month period, Flight Nurses will not be required to use more than twenty-four (24) hours of vacation time, compensatory time, holiday credit, leave without pay, or a combination thereof, for any aircraft out of service for three or more consecutive days. If an aircraft is out of service two or more times in a rolling three month period as described above, this will trigger an emergency JLM to discuss the impacts.   • Cost of Services Political Subdivision shall share some expenses for the above services, supplies and equipment. Additional elections may lower costs for each entity, and election cancellations may raise costs for each entity. It is understood that other political entities may wish to participate in the use of the County’s electronic voting equipment and polling locations, and it is agreed that Contracting Officer may enter into other contracts with entities for those purposes on terms and conditions generally similar to those set forth in this Agreement.   • Theft of Service You shall notify us immediately, in writing or by calling our customer support line, if the Device is stolen or if you become aware at any time that your Service is being stolen, fraudulently used or otherwise being used in an unauthorized manner. When you call or write, you must provide your account number and a detailed description of the circumstances of the Device theft, fraudulent use or unauthorized use of Service. Failure to do so in a timely manner may result in the termination of your Service and additional charges to you. Until such time as we receive notice of the theft, fraudulent use or unauthorized use, you will be liable for all use of the Service using a Device stolen from you and any and all stolen, fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Service.

  • Statement of Services Service Attachments The services to be delivered by Provider (the “Services”) and the fees for those Services, and the specific terms applicable to those Services are described in the Order or in one or more Service Attachments referencing this Agreement. Except for Supplemental Services or Project Services (described below), and unless otherwise agreed in writing, the services we will deliver to you are limited to those Services specifically identified in the Order and described in the Service Attachments. In addition, if we determine that any additional services you request would be inappropriate for treatment as Supplemental Services under this paragraph, we may deliver to you a proposed Service Attachment for Project Services or a Proposal prior to providing Supplemental Services. Project Services In some cases, you may ask us to deliver services outside the scope of any Order or Service Attachment and inappropriate for treatment as Supplemental Services. Examples of such services include major system upgrades, new computer, machine or device setup, network changes, datacenter moves or setups, or installations. In those cases, we will prepare a separate Service Attachment for Project Services describing the proposed scope of those services and our fee to deliver them. Installation dates are estimates only. Customer shall be responsible for preparation and maintenance of the site for such Project Services or installations, including, but not limited to, providing necessary electrical power and communication lines and proper air conditioning and humidity control. FEES FOR SERVICES | PAYMENT TERMS Service Fees Fees for Services are set forth in Order or Statement of Work. Unless otherwise indicated in writing, all Services will be performed on a time-and-materials basis at Provider’s then-current rates.

  • Commencement of Services The Consultant shall begin carrying out the Services from the Effective Date or from such other Date specified in the SC.

  • Impairment of Service The characteristics and methods of operation of any circuits, facilities or equipment of either Party connected with the services, facilities or equipment of the other Party pursuant to this Agreement shall not interfere with or impair service over any facilities of the other Party, its affiliated companies, or its connecting and concurring carriers involved in its services, cause damage to its plant, violate any applicable law or regulation regarding the invasion of privacy of any communications carried over the Party's facilities or create hazards to the employees of either Party or to the public (each hereinafter referred to as an "Impairment of Service").

  • Extent of Service Executive agrees to use Executive’s best efforts to carry out Executive’s duties and responsibilities under Section 1.1 hereof and, consistent with the other provisions of this Agreement, to devote substantially all of Executive’s business time, attention and energy thereto.
