No Other Work. Without prior consent of the Directors, the Employee shall not, during the term of this Agreement, directly engage in any other business. The employee will promptly disclose to the Company any proposed activity of the Employee.
No Other Work. Landlord shall have no obligation for construction work or improvements on the Premises, except for the delivery to Tenant of the Tenant Allowance in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Lease and this Work Letter.
