Impairment of Service. The characteristics and methods of operation of any circuits, facilities or equipment of either Party connected with the services, facilities or equipment of the other Party pursuant to this Agreement shall not interfere with or impair service over any facilities of the other Party, its affiliated companies, or its connecting and concurring carriers involved in its services, cause damage to its plant, violate any applicable law or regulation regarding the invasion of privacy of any communications carried over the Party's facilities or create hazards to the employees of either Party or to the public (each hereinafter referred to as an "Impairment of Service").

Impairment of Service. The characteristics and methods of operation of any circuits, facilities or equipment of SPRINT connected with the services, facilities or equipment of VERIZON pursuant to this Agreement shall not interfere with or impair service over any facilities of VERIZON, its Affiliated companies, or its connecting and concurring carriers involved in its services, cause damage to its plant, violate any applicable law or regulation regarding the invasion of privacy of any communications carried over VERIZON’s facilities or create hazards to the employees of VERIZON or to the public (each hereinafter referred to as an "Impairment of Service"). If SPRINT causes an Impairment in Service, VERIZON shall promptly notify SPRINT of the nature and location of the problem and that, unless promptly rectified, a temporary discontinuance of the use of any circuit, facility or equipment may be required. VERIZON and SPRINT agree to work together to attempt to promptly resolve the Impairment of Service. If the SPRINT is unable to promptly remedy the Impairment of Service, then VERIZON may at its option temporarily discontinue the use of the affected circuit, facility or equipment.

Impairment of Service. The characteristics and methods of operation of any circuits, facilities or equipment of either Party connected with the services, facilities or equipment of the other Party pursuant to this Agreement shall not materially interfere with or materially impair service over any facilities of such other Party, its affiliated companies, or its connecting and concurring carriers involved in its services, cause damage to its plant, violate any applicable law or regulation regarding the invasion of privacy of any communications carried over a Party’s facilities or create hazards to the employees of either Party or to the public. If there is an impairment of service, the provisions in the Interconnection Attachment, section 7.5 shall apply.
Impairment of Service. 12.1 As far as IBExpert is obliged to deliver new program versions to the Customer, the warranty provisions in case of defectiveness, listed under section X. of the Standard Business Terms Software Lease apply in the case of defectiveness of these software programs.

If Gulf Coast causes an Impairment in Service, GTE shall promptly notify Gulf Coast of the nature and location of the problem and that, unless promptly rectified, a temporary discontinuance of the use of any circuit, facility or equipment may be required. Impairment of Service. CLEC’s use of any CenturyLink UNE, or of its own equipment or facilities in conjunction with any CenturyLink UNE, will not materially interfere with, impair service, or artificially increase CenturyLink’s transport or switching load beyond the intended capacity of the obtained UNE on any facilities of CenturyLink, its Affiliated companies or its connecting and concurring carriers involved in its services, cause damage to their plant, impair the privacy of any communications carried over their facilities or create hazards to the employees of any of them or the public. Performance of Unbundled Network Elements.
Impairment of Service. You acknowledge that you may not be able to use the Service if:  Your local network or associated devices have not been set up correctly;  The physical connections, including cabling and wiring to or in your residence have not been correctly provisioned, configured or set-up; or  Your broadband connection has been disabled, disconnected or disrupted due to non- payment or for any other provision listed under this Agreement; or  Your hardware or home network is infected by harmful software, Trojans or viruses and you accept that engin is not liable in any way for the consequences of you not be able to use the Service for the above reasons.
