Extent of Service definition

Extent of Service provisions in Section 5, the Executive shall serve the Company on a part-time basis in such positions or offices with such authority, titles and duties as may be prescribed from time to time by the President, Chief Executive Officer or Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Company, and shall serve the Company in such other or additional offices in which he may be requested to serve from time to time. Related to Extent of Service

  • COMMENCEMENT OF SERVICE means the actual date of placement of the first Vehicle(s) under this Agreement.
