ADJUSTMENT OF GRIEVANCE DEFINITION OF GRIEVANCE. 11.1 For the purpose of this Agreement, a grievance is defined as any difference between the parties arising from the inter-pretation, application, administration or alleged violation of this Agreement. A matter of general importance to the employees as a whole may be submitted in writing by either party at Step 2, within ten (10) days from the time of the grievance.
