ADHESIVES AND SEALANTS. (SEP 2000) All adhesives employed on this project (including, but not limited to, adhesives for carpet, carpet tile, plastic laminate, wall coverings, adhesives for wood, or sealants) shall be those with the lowest possible VOC content below 20 grams per liter and which meet the requirements of the manufacturer of the products adhered or involved. The Lessor shall use adhesives and sealants with no formaldehyde or heavy metals. Adhesives and other materials used for the installation of carpets shall be limited to those having a flash point of 140 degrees F or higher.

Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.

  • GLASS The Tenant shall maintain the glass part of the demised premises, promptly replacing any breakage and fully saving the Landlord harmless from any loss, cost or damage resulting from such breakage or the replacement thereof.

  • Cooking The University will permit cooking only in the designated kitchen areas of the University Housing. In all other areas, cooking is permitted only with University approved appliances. The following appliances are prohibited: toaster ovens, microwave ovens larger than 800 xxxxx, refrigerators larger than 4.2 cubic feet, gas grills, steamers and any open-flame cooking device or heating unit.
