TENANT IMPROVEMENT INFORMATION. 1. Office subdividing partitions shall comply with applicable building codes and local requirements and ordinances shall be provided as part of the Tenant Improvement Allowance. Partitioning shall extend from the finished floor to the finished ceiling and shall be designed to provide a minimum sound transmission class (STC) of 37. Partitioning shall be installed by the Lessor at locations to be determined by the Government as identified in the design intent drawings. They shall have a flame spread rating of 25 or less and a smoke development rating of 50 or less (ASTM E-84).
