Adequacy. Customer must satisfy itself as to the adequacy, appropriateness and compatibility of the Windcave Solution and/or the Goods for its requirements. Without limiting clause 7.1, Customer acknowledges that it has not relied on any statements or representations on the part of Windcave as to performance or functionality, verbal or otherwise, except as expressly recorded in this Agreement.

Adequacy. Owner shall be responsible for the adequacy of the design and for the sufficiency of the Drawings and Specifications.

Additionally, the Company may proceed at law to obtain such other relief as may be available.
Adequacy. The Proprietary Rights of the Company are all those necessary for the normal conduct of the business of the Company as presently conducted and as presently contemplated, including the design, manufacture, development and sale of all products currently under development, planned for development or in production.
