Knowledge of the Buyer definition

Knowledge of the Buyer means the actual personal knowledge of any of the directors and officers of the Buyer or the Buyer Bank or any of their Subsidiaries.
Knowledge of the Buyer means the actual knowledge of any one or more of the Persons listed in Section 1.1 of the Buyer Disclosure Schedules as of the date of this Agreement (or, with respect to a certificate delivered pursuant to this Agreement, as of the date of delivery of such certificate) and the knowledge such individuals would have acquired after reasonable inquiry.
Knowledge of the Buyer means the actual knowledge (without independent investigation) of any of the individuals whose names are set forth on Section 1.1(a) of the Buyer Disclosure Letter.

More Definitions of Knowledge of the Buyer

Knowledge of the Buyer means the actual knowledge of the individuals listed on Schedule 1.4 A to the Disclosure Letter.
Knowledge of the Buyer means any matter, fact, or thing that is, as of the date hereof or the Closing Date, actually known to Buyer.

Knowledge of the Buyer and similar phrases means the actual (as distinguished from implied, imputed or constructive) knowledge of any of the Buyer’s executive or financial officers and managers (the “Buyer Representatives”), without having any obligation to make any independent inquiry or investigation whatsoever.
Knowledge of the Buyer means the actual knowledge of any senior officer of the Buyer after reasonable inquiry within Buyer and its Affiliates with respect to the matter in question.
Knowledge of the Buyer or “Known to the Buyer” shall mean actual knowledge of the Persons listed on Section 1.1 of the Buyer Disclosure Schedule.
