ADDITIONAL PAY PROVISIONS. In addition to the base pays set forth above, members of the bargaining unit shall receive the pays set forth below, on a pro-rata basis, if the fire fighter qualifies for such additional pays. STATUTORY LONGEVITY/SENORITY PAY The PARTIES agree that payment of the following Seniority Pay incorporates any payment due for statutory longevity and therefore satisfies the minimum requirement under Chapter 141 for statutory longevity pay.
