Addenda to the RFP. The Department reserves the right to modify this solicitation by addenda. Addenda may modify any aspect of this solicitation. Any addenda issued will be posted on the VBS. It is the Respondent’s responsibility to check for any changes to a solicitation prior to submitting a proposal.
Addenda to the RFP. To acknowledge receipt of all Addenda, the Respondent shall provide a completed and signed “page one” of each Addendum. Addenda may be grouped into a single file entitled “ABC_Addenda.” A .pdf form is acceptable for this file.
Addenda to the RFP. If specifications are modified by the Purchasing Office, the modifications will be sent to each plan-holder in writing. Verbal modifications are not binding on the City or the Proposer. No oral changes will be considered or acknowledged. Proposers are requested to acknowledge each addendum received on their Proposal.
Addenda to the RFP. If the Issuing Office deems it necessary to revise any part of this RFP before the proposal response date, the Issuing Office will post an addendum to the DGS website at xxx.xxxxxx.xxxxx.xx.
Addenda to the RFP. The Department may post addenda to this RFP. Any addenda posted will be within MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) and the Vendor Bid System (VBS). Such notices will contain clarifications to details of the RFP and/or responses to questions submitted during the preview period. Each respondent is responsible for monitoring these sites for information concerning this solicitation.
Addenda to the RFP. TWC reserves the right to amend the RFP at any time. In the event that TWC amends or otherwise alters this RFP, TWC shall post all addenda to the RFP on the Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD) website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/sp. It is the responsibility of prospective Respondents to periodically check the ESBD for updates regarding the RFP prior to submitting a proposal. A Respondent’s failure to rely on information contained in any addendum issued by TWC will not release the Successful Respondent from performing all services in accordance with the RFP.
Addenda to the RFP. Should an addition or correction to this RFP become necessary, an addendum relating the necessary information will be posted on the ESBD. The Respondent is responsible for periodically checking the ESBD for addenda or additional information relating to this RFP. The Respondent is required to acknowledge each addendum by returning a signed copy of the addendum with its Proposal.
