Access to Nortel Networks Computer Systems by Flextronics. Flextronics shall limit access and use of any Nortel Networks computer systems solely to the supply of Products and/or Repair Services and shall not access or attempt to access any intranet, computer systems, files, software or services other than those required for the supply of Products and/or Repair Services. Flextronics shall limit such access to those employees with an express requirement to have such access in connection with supply of Products and/or Repair Services, and shall strictly follow all security rules and procedures of Nortel Networks for restricting access to its computer systems. All user identification numbers and passwords disclosed to Flextronics and any information obtained by Flextronics as a result of Flextronics’ access to, and use of Nortel Networks’ computer systems shall be deemed to be, and treated as, Nortel Company Proprietary Information in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 22, with the same degree of care as such Flextronics uses for its own information of a similar nature, but in no event a lower standard than a reasonable standard of care. Flextronics shall cooperate in the investigation of any apparent unauthorized access to any Nortel Networks computer system. The requirements of this Section shall apply equally to any access and use by Flextronics of any Nortel Networks intranet, electronic mail system, of any Nortel Networks’ electronic switched network, either directly or via a direct inward service access (DISA) feature or of any other property, equipment or service of Nortel Networks.

  • Changes in Equipment, Systems, Etc USBFS reserves the right to make changes from time to time, as it deems advisable, relating to its systems, programs, rules, operating schedules and equipment, so long as such changes do not adversely affect the services provided to the Trust under this Agreement.

  • Service Locations X.X. Xxxxxx maintains various operational/service centers and locations in the United States and foreign jurisdictions. The services provided under this Agreement may be provided from one or more such locations. X.X. Xxxxxx may change the operational/service centers and locations as it deems necessary or appropriate for its business concerns.

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.

  • USE OF THIRD PARTY SYSTEMS-LEVEL SOFTWARE State Street and the Fund acknowledge that in connection with the Data Access Services provided under this Addendum, the Fund will have access, through the Data Access Services, to Fund Data and to functions of State Street’s proprietary systems; provided, however that in no event will the Fund have direct access to any third party systems-level software that retrieves data for, stores data from, or otherwise supports the System.

  • Hardware and Software Requirements In order to access and retain Disclosures electronically, you must satisfy the following computer hardware and software requirements: access to the Internet; an email account and related software capable of receiving email through the Internet; a web browser which is SSL-compliant and supports secure sessions, and hardware capable of running this software.

  • Customer Services Provide services and systems dedicated to customer service, including billing, remittance, credit, collections, customer relations, call centers, energy conservation support and metering.

  • Maintenance and Support Services Distributor shall provide Maintenance and Support Services to all of its Customers of Licensed Software as set forth in Sections 3.4(a) and 3.4(b) below. Distributor may require Customers to provide the own First-Line Support: however, in no event shall Siebel be responsible for First-Line or Second-Line Support. Subject to Distributor's payment of the Maintenance Fees set forth in EXHIBIT A Siebel shall provide Third-Line Support to Distributor in accordance with Siebel's then current Maintenance and Support Services Policy. Distributor shall be responsible for all support related to the Value Added Offering.
