ACCESS TO JOBS. 7.01 The Business Representatives and International Representative shall have access to all jobs during working hours but at no time shall interfere with the job progress. Security Regulations on any job must be adhered to.
ACCESS TO JOBS. 9.01 The Employer shall grant to accredited Representatives of the International Brotherhood and Business Manager/Secretary-Treasurer and Assistant Business Manager of the Local Lodge, access to all jobs insofar as the Employer has the authority to allow such access, provided the Union Representative secures permission from the Employer's senior representative and does not cause employees to neglect their work.
