Subject Premises definition

Subject Premises has the meaning set forth in Section 10.A(6).
Subject Premises means the real property now owned, operated, used or leased or previously owned, operated, used or leased (but only through the date of termination of such ownership, operation, use or lease) by, to or for the Company or any of its subsidiaries.

Examples of Subject Premises in a sentence

  • For purposes of the preceding sentence, "FCCR Amount" means that sum of money which, when subtracted from the outstanding principal amount of the Note corresponding to a Subject Premises, and assuming the resulting principal balance is reamortized in equal monthly payments over the remaining term of such Note at the rate of interest set forth therein, will result in an adjusted aggregate Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio for all of the Premises of at least 1.25:1 based on the prior year's operations.

  • The Tenant shall have 30 days after notice to declare in writing to Owner an interest in purchasing the Subject Premises.

  • While this Lease is in effect, Lessee shall be entitled to exclusive possession of the Subject Premises, except that Lessors and their representatives, successors and assigns, at any reasonable time, may go upon the Subject Premises to inspect the operations of Lessee thereon.

  • Such temporary authorization shall terminate on the earlier of: (1) one year from the date first set forth above; (2) a change in ownership of the Subject Premises; (3) the earlier termination of this Agreement by either party, with or without cause, upon written notice to the other party; or (4) the granting of final consent (“Final Consent”) pursuant to Section II(C) below.

  • Within a reasonable time, not to exceed six (6) months, following the termination of this Lease for any cause, Lessee shall furnish to Lessors a copy of its factual maps, drilling records, drill core and assay and smelter reports relating to the Subject Premises.


More Definitions of Subject Premises

Subject Premises means the premises the subject of the overarching development approval guiding development of the land.

Subject Premises herein shall mean and include the real property described in Exhibit "A" hereto, all buildings and improvements now and hereafter erected or situate thereon, and the contents thereof which are subject to the lien hereof or to financing statements filed in connection with the Loans secured hereby or are necessary for the maintenance or operation of such buildings and improvements. Any reference in this Mortgage to the right of Mortgagee to recover attorney's fees shall permit Mortgagee to recover fees for both inside and outside counsel. The descriptive headings used herein are for convenience only and are not a part of this Mortgage and do not in any manner limit or amplify the terms and provisions hereof. Time shall be of the essence of this Mortgage. This Mortgage shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon Mortgagee, its successors and assigns, and Mortgagor, and Mortgagor's heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, and assigns. References to this Mortgage shall mean this instrument and any and all renewals, modifications, amendments, supplements, extensions, consolidations, substitutions, spreaders and replacements of this instrument.
