Application is Approved. The Application is approved by the Sponsor. A copy of the Application is attached hereto as Appendix 1 and constitutes a part of this Charter. In the event of any conflict between the Application and any other provision of this Charter, the Charter provision shall control.
Application is Approved. It is the intent of the Parties that this Charter shall constitute the School’s charter for the purpose of the School operating as a virtual charter school in compliance with s. 1002.33 and s. 1002.45, F.S. The Application for the initial charter contract was approved by the Sponsor on February 20, 2014. A copy of the Application is attached hereto as Appendix 1 and constitutes a part of this Charter. In the event of any conflict between the Application and any other provision of this Charter, the Charter provision shall control.
Application is Approved. The State College of Florida (SCF) Collegiate School-Venice application is approved by the Sponsor. It is the intent of the parties that this Contract shall constitute the School’s Charter. A copy of the Application and addenda is attached hereto as Appendix 1 and constitutes a part of this Charter. In the event of any conflict between the Application and any other provision of this Charter, the Charter provision shall control.
Application is Approved. The Application for the establishment of a virtual charter school is approved by the Sponsor. A copy of the Application is attached hereto as Appendix 1 and constitutes a part of this Charter. In the event of any conflict between the Application and any other provision of this Charter, the Charter provision shall control.
