Return of Property and Records. Upon the termination of Executive’s employment hereunder for any reason, Executive shall: (a) return to the Company all Company confidential information and copies thereof (regardless of how such confidential information or copies are maintained) then in Executive’s possession; and (b) deliver to the Company any property of the Company which may be in Executive’s possession, including, but not limited to, cell phones, smart phones, laptops, products, materials, memoranda, notes, records, reports or other documents or photocopies of the same; provided that Executive may retain copies of applicable benefit plans, contracts to which he personally (i.e., not in his capacity as a Company employee) is a party, and his personal contacts, calendars, and correspondence.

Return of Property and Records. Within five (5) days of an end to the Employment Transition Periods, Executive agrees to return to Company any and all Company property, equipment, business records and proprietary information in his possession, agrees not to retain copies or summaries of such records and proprietary information, and further agrees not to disclose to others any confidential or other proprietary information concerning the business affairs of Company. Specifically, without limitation, Executive agrees to immediately return to Company all business records, including but not limited to files, forms, work papers, documents, memoranda, correspondence, records, diaries, e-mails, notes, notebooks, computer files, discs, CDs and printouts; all business property, including, but not limited to, Company issued credit cards, phone cards, security access card, electronic equipment, computer programs, estimates, logs, invoices and computer equipment.
Return of Property and Records. Within seven (7) business days following the Separation Date, you shall: (i) return to the Company all tangible business information and copies thereof (regardless how such confidential information or copies are maintained), and (ii) deliver to the Company any property of the Company which may be in your possession, including, but not limited to, devices, smart phones, laptops, cell phones (the foregoing, “electronic devices”), products, materials, memoranda, notes, records, reports or other documents or photocopies of the same. Employee understands that he is not entitled to keep or preserve records of the Company. This prohibition does not include any relevant employee files or records of Employee.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, the Company hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Executive may retain, as his own property, (a) his Company-provided automobile, (b) his copies of his individual personnel records and documents, such as his payroll and tax records, and similar personal records, his rolodex and address book (so long as a copy is left at the Company) and (c) his Company-provided cellular phone and personal computer, after providing the Company with a reasonable time to review and “scrub” such cellular phone and computer for Company information or property; and provided that from and after the Separation Date, the Executive shall be solely responsible for all costs and charges incurred in connection with such automobile, cellular phone and personal computer.

Executive represents and acknowledges that he has no outstanding personal expenses charged to credit cards of the Company or any of its subsidiaries.

Return of Property and Records. On termination of his employment, the Executive shall deliver all records, notes, data, memoranda, models, equipment and property of any nature that are in the Executive's possession or under his control and that are the property of the Corporation or relate to the employment or to the business of the Corporation.
