Return of Property and Information. Upon the termination of the Executive’s employment for any reason, the Executive shall immediately return and deliver to the Company any and all Confidential Information, software, devices, cell phones, personal data assistants, credit cards, data, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, materials, equipment, computers, hard drives, papers, books, records, documents, memoranda, manuals, e-mail, electronic or magnetic recordings or data, including all copies thereof, which belong to the Company or relate to the Company’s business and which are in the Executive’s possession, custody or control, whether prepared by the Executive or others. If at any time after termination of the Executive’s employment the Executive determines that the Executive has any Confidential Information in the Executive’s possession or control, the Executive shall immediately return to the Company all such Confidential Information in the Executive’s possession or control, including all copies and portions thereof.

Return of Property and Information. Employee agrees not to remove any Company property from Company premises, except when authorized by the Company. Employee agrees to return all Company property and information (whether confidential or not) within Employee’s possession or control within seven (7) calendar days following the cessation of Employee’s employment with the Company. Such property and information includes, but is not limited to, the original and any copy (regardless of the manner in which it is recorded) of all information provided by the Company to Employee or which Employee has developed or collected in the scope of Employee’s employment with the Company, as well as all Company-issued equipment, supplies, accessories, vehicles, keys, instruments, tools, devices, computers, cell phones, pagers, materials, documents, plans, records, notebooks, drawings, or papers. Upon request by the Company, Employee shall certify in writing that Employee has complied with this provision, and has permanently deleted all Company information from any computers or other electronic storage devices or media owned by Employee. Employee may retain information relating to Employee’s benefit plans and compensation only to the extent such information reflects employee’s individual financial and benefit information, as opposed to information and plan terms that are applicable to others.

Return of Property and Information. Executive represents and warrants that, prior to Executive’s execution of this Agreement, Executive will return to the Company any and all property, documents, and files, including any documents (in any recorded media, such as papers, computer disks or other data storage devices, copies, photographs, maps, transparencies, and microfiche) that relate in any way to the Company or the Company’s business. Executive agrees that, to the extent that Executive possesses any files, data, or information relating in any way to the Company or the Company’s business on any personal computer, Executive will delete those files, data, or information (and will retain no copies in any form). Executive also will return any tools, equipment, calling cards, credit cards, access cards or keys, any keys to any filing cabinets, vehicles, vehicle keys, and all other property in any form prior to the date Executive executes this Agreement.

Return of Property and Information. The Employee agrees that upon the termination of this Agreement, the Employee shall transfer and return to the Company all things belonging to the Company, including, without limitation, any and all cellular telephones, computers, monitors, modems, keyboards, pagers, facsimile machines, corporate files, documents, records, notebooks, disk, diskettes or other software media, and similar repositories of or containing trade secrets and other Confidential Information of or about the Company or its customers, including without limitation, copies thereof then in the Employee’s possession, whether prepared by the Employee or others.
