Request for Information. (RFI) means a written request by Contractor directed to A/E or ODR for a clarification of the information provided in the Contract Documents or for direction concerning information necessary to perform the Work that may be omitted from the Contract Documents.

The Advisor agrees to provide the Company with any reasonable information concerning the Advisor that the Company may reasonably request (other than the identity of its customers or proprietary or confidential information concerning the Trading Approach), subject to receipt of adequate assurances of confidentiality by the Company, including, but not limited to, information regarding any change in control, key personnel, Trading Approach and financial condition which the Company reasonably deems to be material to the Company; the Advisor also shall notify the Company of any such matters the Advisor, in its reasonable judgment, believes may be material to the Company relating to the Advisor and its Trading Approach. During the term of this Agreement, the Advisor agrees to provide the Company with updated monthly information related to the Advisor’s performance results within a reasonable period of time after the end of the month to which it relates.

(a) The Contractor shall not provide information generated or otherwise obtained in the performance of its respon- sibilities under this Contract to any party other than the Authority and its authorized agents except as otherwise provided by this Contract or after obtaining the prior written permission of the Authority.

Rights and obligations of Trade Republic or the Customer are therefore also determined by this legal system, which may also provide for the disclosure of the Customer's name. Trade Republic will provide corresponding information to foreign authorities insofar as it is obligated to do so; it will notify the Customer of this.
Request for Information. 9-1 The School District and the Association shall make all documents, excluding work product, which are relevant to any grievance, arbitration, or negotiations available to the requesting party within a reasonable time after it is requested. In the event documents containing the requested information are not available, the School District and the Association shall permit reasonable access to their files so that the Association or School District may itself obtain the needed information. It is recognized that the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) may limit the availability of student–related records and statements.

Request for Information. 36-1 The parties to this Agreement shall make all relevant information available to each other within a reasonable time of its request. If the party has documents containing the information requested, these will be provided. In the event that documents containing the requested information are not available, reasonable access to files containing the needed information shall be permitted. Both parties agree to pay reasonable costs for collecting information.
