Disability of Optionee. If the Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider as a result of the Optionee’s Disability, this Option may be exercised for a period of twelve (12) months after the date of such termination (but in no event later than the expiration date of this Option as set forth in the Notice of Grant) to the extent that the Option is vested on the date of such termination. To the extent that Optionee does not exercise this Option within the time specified herein, the Option shall terminate.

Disability of Optionee. If Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider as a result of his or her total and permanent disability as defined in Code Section 22(e)(3), Optionee may exercise the Option to the extent the Option was vested at the date on which Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider, but only within twelve (12) months from such date (and in no event later than the expiration date of the term of this Option as set forth in the Notice of Grant). To the extent that the Option is not vested at the date on which Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider, or if Optionee does not exercise such Option within the time specified herein, the Option shall terminate.

Disability of Optionee. In the event of termination of Optionee's Continuous Status as an Employee or Consultant as a result of Optionee's disability, Optionee may, but only within six (6) months from the date of termination of employment or consulting relationship (but in no event later than the date of expiration of the term of the Option as set forth in Section 11 below), exercise the Option to the extent Optionee was entitled to exercise it at the date of such termination; provided, however that if the disability is not total and permanent (as defined in Section 22(e)(3) of the Code) and the Optionee exercises the option within the period provided above but more than three months after the date of termination, the Option shall automatically be deemed to be a Nonstatutory Stock Option and not an Incentive Stock Option; and provided, further, that if the disability is total and permanent (as defined in Section 22(e)(3) of the Code), then the Optionee may, but only within one (1) year from the date of termination of employment or consulting relationship (but in no event later than the date of expiration of the term of the Option as set forth in Section 11 below), exercise the Option to the extent Optionee was entitled to exercise it at the date of such termination. To the extent that Optionee was not entitled to exercise the Option at the date of termination, or if Optionee does not exercise such Option (which Optionee was entitled to exercise) within the time periods specified herein, the Option shall terminate.

Disability of Optionee. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 6 above, in the event of termination of an Optionee's consulting relationship or Continuous Status as an Employee as a result of his or her disability, Optionee may, but only within six (6) months from the date of such termination (and in no event later than the expiration date of the term of such Option as set forth in the Option Agreement), exercise the Option to the extent otherwise entitled to exercise it at the date of such termination; provided, however, that if such disability is not a "disability" as such term is defined in Section 22(e)(3) of the Code, in the case of an Incentive Stock Option such Incentive Stock Option shall automatically convert to a Nonstatutory Stock Option on the day three months and one day following such termination. To the extent that Optionee was not entitled to exercise the Option at the date of termination, or if Optionee does not exercise such Option to the extent so entitled within the time specified herein, the Option shall terminate, and the Shares covered by such Option shall revert to the Plan.
Disability of Optionee. If an Optionee ceases to be a Service Provider as a result of the Optionee’s Disability, the Optionee may exercise his or her Option within such period of time as is specified in the Option Agreement to the extent the Option is vested and exercisable on the date of termination (but in no event later than the expiration of the term of such Option as set forth in the Option Agreement). In the absence of a specified time in the Option Agreement, the Option shall remain exercisable for twelve (12) months following the Optionee’s termination. If, on the date of termination, the Optionee is not vested as to his or her entire Option, the Shares covered by the unvested portion of the Option shall revert to the Plan. If, after termination, the Optionee does not exercise his or her Option within the time specified herein, the Option shall terminate, and the Shares covered by such Option shall revert to the Plan.
Disability of Optionee. If Optionee ceases to be employed by, or in a service relationship with, the Corporation as a result of Optionee’s Disability, (i) the unvested Options shall terminate immediately upon such cessation, and (ii) the vested Options shall remain exercisable during the one-year period following such cessation, but in no event after the Expiration Date. Unless sooner terminated, any unexercised vested Options shall terminate upon the expiration of such one-year period.
