Term of the Option. The term of the Option (the “Option Period”) shall be for a period of ten (10) years from the Effective Date, terminating at the close of business on the tenth anniversary of the Effective Date (the “Expiration Date”) or such shorter period as provided in Section 6 hereof.

Term of the Option. Unless the Option terminates earlier pursuant to other provisions of the Option Agreement, the Option shall expire on the tenth anniversary of the Grant Date (the “Expiration Date”).

To the extent that the Optionee was not entitled to exercise an Option at the date of such termination, or if he or she does not exercise such Option (which he or she was entitled to exercise) within the time specified herein, the Option shall terminate.
