Development Activities. The Development activities referred to in item “b” of paragraph 3.1 include: studies and projects of implementation of the Production facilities; drilling and completion of the Producing and injection xxxxx; and installation of equipment and vessels for extraction, collection, Treatment, storage, and transfer of Oil and Gas. The installation referred to in item “c” includes, but is not limited to, offshore platforms, pipelines, Oil and Gas Treatment plants, equipment and facilities for measurement of the inspected Production, wellhead equipment, production pipes, flow lines, tanks, and other facilities exclusively intended for extraction, as well as oil and gas pipelines for Production Outflow and their respective compressor and pumping stations.

Development Activities. 5.5.1 Except for Development activities conducted by a Party at its own expense pursuant to Section 5.4.2(b)(ii), with respect to any Development activities conducted for the primary purpose of obtaining or maintaining Regulatory Approval for Licensed Products both in the Servier Territory and in the MacroGenics Territory (including Development activities with respect to which a Party has paid the Buy-in Amount in accordance with Section 5.4.2(b)(iv)) pursuant to the Development Plan:
Development Activities. Each Party shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to perform its obligations with respect to the Development of each Collaboration Product in accordance with the latest Joint Development Plan and Joint Budget and all such activities shall be conducted in accordance with all Applicable Laws, including as applicable, GCPs, GLPs and GMPs. As part of such efforts, each Party shall commit the personnel and facilities necessary to carry out its obligations under the latest Joint Development Plan. Cooperation body A cooperation body may be set up by local agreement to consider various aspects of development activities and other matters. This cooperation body may replace separate cooperation and labour protection commissions, and other corresponding committees. To the extent locally agreed, the same cooperation body may also be responsible for activities and plans under the Act on Co- operation Within Undertakings, the Act on Occupational Safety and Health Enforcement and Cooperation on Occupational Safety and Health at Workplaces, the Occupational Health Care Act and the Act on Equality Between Women and Men.
