Revitalization Plan definition

Revitalization Plan means a concerted plan for comprehensive community redevelopment that includes housing policy goals, and may also include education, public infrastructure, and employment and job training.
Revitalization Plan means the Revitalization Plan dated July 6, 2010. Revitalization Site: The approximately 20-acre subdivision formerly known as Rolling Hills as described in Exhibit A.

Examples of Revitalization Plan in a sentence

  • The Grantee will provide suitable, decent, safe, and sanitary housing for each family required to relocate as a result of revitalization activities under the Revitalization Plan.

  • The letter approving the Supplemental Submissions also shall advise the Grantee that the Revitalization Plan may be modified on the basis of the results of the environmental review.

  • HUD representatives will visit the Development and make an assessment of any technical assistance and/or training that the Grantee may require for the proper and effective implementation of the Revitalization Plan.


More Definitions of Revitalization Plan

Revitalization Plan has the meaning given to it in the recitals of this Agreement;
Revitalization Plan means the plan prepared by the Grantee, and approved by HUD, in connection with the Grantee’s use of funds for the major revitalization of a severely distressed or obsolete public housing project under the HOPE VI Program.

Related to Revitalization Plan

  • Utilization plan means a form and additional documentation included in all bids or proposals that demonstrates a vendor’s proposed utilization of vendors certified by the Business Enterprise Program to meet the targeted goal. The Utilization Plan shall demonstrate that the Vendor has either: (1) met the entire contract goal or (2) requested a full or partial waiver and made Good Faith Efforts towards meeting the goal.

  • Hospitalization Hospitalization means admission in a Hospital for a minimum period of 24 hours In Patient Care consecutive hours except for specified procedures/ treatments, where such admission could be for a period of less than 24 consecutive hours.

  • Implementation Plan means the schedule included in the Statement of Work setting forth the sequence of events for the performance of Services under the Statement of Work, including the Milestones and Milestone Dates.

  • EHC plan means an Education, Health and Care plan made under sections 37(2) of the Children and Families Act 2014.

  • Company 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.09(a).
