Common use of Development Activities Clause in Contracts

Development Activities. For purposes of this Agreement, development activities shall mean all activities that are reasonably required to obtain Regulatory Approval of the Licensed Product in the Territory, including without limitation toxicology, in vitro testing, in vivo testing, in silico testing, stability testing, statistical analysis and report writing, packaging and regulatory affairs, preclinical studies and clinical trials.
