Common use of Development Activities Clause in Contracts

Development Activities. Seller shall not take any actions with respect to the development of the Property, including, without limitation, applying for, pursuing, accepting or obtaining any permits, approvals or other development entitlements from any governmental or other regulatory entities or finalizing or entering into any agreements relating thereto without Buyer’s prior written consent (which consent may be withheld in Buyer’s sole and absolute discretion).

Seller hereby agrees to reasonably cooperate with Buyer in Buyer's efforts to obtain such governmental approvals as Buyer deems necessary to permit Buyer to operate the Property as Buyer wishes.

Seller Sellers shall not take any actions with respect to the development of the PropertyProperties, including, without limitation, applying for, pursuing, accepting or obtaining any permits, approvals or other development entitlements from any governmental or other regulatory entities or finalizing or entering into any agreements relating thereto without Buyer’s the prior written consent of Buyer (which consent may be granted or withheld in Buyer’s 's sole and absolute discretion), except as the same may be required in the ordinary course of Sellers' operation of the Properties.
