Club Membership from Employment Agreement

THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this Agreement) is dated as of June 3, 2005, between NEXTMEDIA GROUP, INC., a Delaware corporation (Employer) and STEVEN DINETZ (Executive).

Club Membership. During the Employment Period, Employer shall reimburse Executive for membership dues, up to a maximum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) per calendar year, for a tennis, fitness, business lunch club or similar facility to be used by Executive for business purposes. Employer shall have the right to approve the club membership, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Club Membership from Employment Agreement

THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is dated April 1 , 2005 (this Agreement), by and among NEXTMEDIA OUTDOOR, INC., a Delaware corporation (Employer), NEXTMEDIA GROUP, INC., a Delaware corporation (Group), and JAMES MATALONE (Executive).

Club Membership.
