Common use of Club Membership Clause in Contracts

Club Membership. During the Employment Period, Employer shall reimburse Executive for membership dues, up to a maximum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) per calendar year, for a tennis, fitness, business lunch club or similar facility to be used by Executive for business purposes. Employer shall have the right to approve the club membership, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
