Dues and Charges. Monthly dues and shall be paid in advance of Member’s use of the Center. The current dues and charges for each category of membership in the Center shall be subject to increase at any time. The obligation to pay dues is not dependent on the availability of any or all of the Center’s facilities at all times, or the type or quantity of the classes or equipment offered at the Center. Repairs, maintenance, programs, special events, government or government agency guidelines for closure, shutdown, or cleaning, and/or any other circumstances may make it necessary, and the Center reserves the right, to restrict use of, or close one or more of the facilities, and to change the type and quantity of the classes and equipment offered at the Center. Dues will not be reduced or suspended during the time when one or more of the facilities are not available.
Dues and Charges. All dues and other charges on the vessel shall be the responsibility of Buyer. Buyer shall likewise be responsible for payment of any taxes, duties, imposts, fees, charges and dues of every description on the Cargo in respect of any stage after the Cargo passes the vessel's permanent hose connection at the Loading Terminal.
Dues and Charges. ARTICLE 337. All dues and charges for the use of the port or of its approaches, or for the use of facilities provided in the port, shall be levied under the conditions of equality prescribed in Article 336, and shall be reasonable both as regards their amount and their application, having regard to the expenses incurred by the port authority in the administration, upkeep and improvement of the port and of the approaches thereto, or in the interests of navigation. Subject to the provisions of Article 54, Part III (Political Clauses) of the present Treaty all dues and charges other than those provided for in the present Article or in Articles 338, 342, or 343 are forbidden.
Dues and Charges. 3:1. Effective July 1, 2008, the membership dues shall be $50.00 per member for a twelve-month membership. Member agrees that Member will pay the dues and charges established by Building Owner and in effect at the time the membership is accepted. Membership dues and charges may be increased at anytime by Building Owner upon 15 days notice to Member. In the event of an increase, Member shall be entitled to terminate the membership, provided, however, that all dues and charges up to and including the date of termination shall be paid in full. No refund shall be made for pre-paid period dues.
