Xxxxx’x Discount Factor definition

Xxxxx’x Discount Factor means the discount factors set forth in the Moody’s Guidelines for use in calculating the Discounted Value of the Fund’s assets in connection with Xxxxx’x long-term preferred share ratings of the VRDP Shares at the request of the Fund.
Xxxxx’x Discount Factor means, for purposes of determining the Discounted Value of any Moody's Eligible Asset, the percentage determined as follows. The Moody's Discount Factor for any Moody's Eligible Asset other than the securities set forth below will be the percentage provided in writing by Xxxxx'x.
