Not Rated definition

Not Rated means the student group did not meet minimum size requirements in order to receive a rating.
Not Rated means any Debt Security which does not have a credit rating assigned to it by either S&P or Moody’s.
Not Rated means the medical group had too few patients in the sample to report this result.

Examples of Not Rated in a sentence
